Next Play is the platform trainers use to sell and run their sessions. The training itself is provided by the trainer, not by us. These terms cover your use of the platform.

You need an account to book. You must be 18 or older to create one. A parent or guardian creates and controls accounts for the athletes in their family.

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

We provide the software: the schedule, the booking, the payment, the check-in, and the messages. Your trainer decides what the sessions are, what they cost, where they happen, and what happens if one is missed or cancelled.

Questions about a session belong with your trainer. Questions about the platform belong with us.

Prices are set by your trainer and shown before you pay. A service fee and a processing fee are added at checkout, each on its own line, so you can see what the session costs and what the fees cost.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds and cancellations follow your trainer's policy, which is shown when you book.

You are responsible for the sessions you sell, for holding any licences or insurance your work requires, and for the accuracy of what you publish on your page.

You may only message people through Next Play about the sessions and programs they booked with you. Do not use it to send marketing to people who did not ask for it.

You keep your full session rate. We do not take a commission from it.

Text messages are optional and you are never required to accept them in order to book. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop them and HELP for help.

What you write and upload stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it so the platform can work, and nothing more.

You can close your account whenever you want. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk.

Bookings already paid for are handled under your trainer's cancellation policy.

We work to keep the platform available and correct, but we provide it as it is. We are not responsible for the quality or safety of the training itself, which is between you and your trainer.

Nothing here limits any right you have that the law says cannot be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio.

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.
